Prazeres

Village of Prazeres is located in a quite rural southwest region of Madeira, one of the most picturesque villages on the Island surrounded by mountains, green valleys and nature trails.

An interesting place to visit is Quinta Pedagogica a garden in the village of Prazeres supported by the local church a very well maintained mini-zoo with its various animals such a Llamas, Vietnamese Pigs and much more. Here you can also find flowers, fruits, herb garden, a teahouse and a playground for children, a place where you can enjoy a pleasant afternoon.
